CEAN TATE CREDIT UNION COME JOIN OUR TEAM Ocean State Credit Union is seeking a Plastic Card Representative to join our team to provide Member support for ATMS, Debit Cards and all other electronic banking services. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs any functions necessary to provide the highest level of customer service and responsiveness to our Members including but not limited to: · Assists members to answers inquires and processes transactions in a courteous and efficient manner Assists members with error resolutions, fraud tracking and prevention Research and resolve member issues with card plastics, statements, etc. Performs a variety of core processing related tasks and special projects Cross trains to serve as backup for all clerical and electronic service staff positions Must demonstrate compliance with all department trainings, including BSA courses Processes Debit/ATM Card orders/maintenance according to the credit union policy and procedure ·Creates and monitors daily and monthly reports · Involved with service updates, issues, or new product deployments POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Associate's degree or equivalent plus specialized electronic service banking courses. Must have at least two years' related banking or credit union operations experience in handling debit, ATM and disputes according to regulatory requirements Demonstrated expertise using Microsoft Office Software. A working knowledge of Fiserv DNA/Client Central, and Verafin programs are a plus. Must have strong customer service communication skills, be detail oriented welI- organized and have the ability to work independently to resolve issues. May be required to work nights, weekends or holidays.
