TORTH INGSTOWN Educate, Inspire, Challenge THE NORTH KINGSTOWN SCHOOL COMMITTEE IS SEEKING REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE SCHOOL DEPARTMENT BUILDING/FACILITIES SUBCOMMITTEE The North Kingstown School Committee is seeking volunteers for the District Building/Facilities Subcommittee. This subcommittee works closely with School Administration to review detailed requests for possible renovations and additions to existing facilities and, if applicable, the potential construction of new NKSD facilities. This subcommittee also reviews the yearly NKSD Capital Improvement Plan submittal and works to help the District align plans with future operations. The District is currently looking for applicants with experience in construction management, mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing (MEP), general contractors' community, and/or grounds and civil community with experience in water, sewer, and/or site construction. While the Committee is looking for specific experience at this time, all interested parties are invited to attend and all requests to be part of this valuable subcommittee will be considered.
